    In the aspect of electrode, aiming at the low current injection efficiency of LED, two different electrode structures are designed, n-surrounded electrode and p-surrounded electrode. Moreover, the n-surrounded electrode structure alleviates the current congestion effect and reduces the junction temperature of LED.
